I have always loved exercise and sport, and the dopamine hit it releases.
I've walked mountain ranges, run marathons and played team sports.
But, as adult life became busier, my approach to training was best described as chaotic.
I'd hit the gym hard but in an unstructured way, I'd run for miles and pick up injuries, I'd sign up to physical challenges and exhaust myself training, I'd attend fitness classes and come out unsatisfied.
Soltribe was born from a conversation with wellbeing specialist Nick about how to train smarter.
